Overview

Missouri oversize and overweight permits are issued by the Missouri Department of Transportation, Motor Carrier Services Division, Permit Section. Single-trip and pre-issued permits are valid for seven travel days.

Permit approval depends on the proposed route, dimensions, axle weights and traffic-control needs.
